Our History
CPS Contracting is a full service building and remodeling company. We pride ourselves in our craftsmanship, honesty, and integrity. Whether your project is small or large we will guide you through the entire process from the moment of its inception to the last finishing touches. Owner Pat Fallon has been involved in residential construction since childhood. He is a licensed builder with a three-year certificate in carpentry. At the age of merely twenty years old he became project manager for TJM Development Corp. Along with this he was also chief coordinator where he gained vast experience in estimating and various other carpentry skill sets.
Years later Pat continued honing his skills at Bramac Development where he singlehandedly managed the construction of a twenty-four unit townhouse development followed by a four lot subdivision and concluded with a twenty-eight lot single family home development. His hard work and dedication paid off giving him an incredible 100% success rate in setting up and meeting all of the company's closing date deadlines.
Our Present
Flash forward to the present and you will find that Pat's focused all of this training and passion for this industry into his company. He founded CPS Contracting with the goal of bringing his clients fair pricing without sacrificing the quality of their product. Pat has handpicked his special team of professional subcontractors using the same exact scrutiny towards their work as he would expect from his own. Our company's policy is that we will never sign off on a job until the client is satisfied.
The Collaborative Approach
CPS Contracting takes a collaborative approach to construction by working directly with quality designers such as the award-winning Cummings Architects. We hold weekly meetings with clients in order to maintain an open line of communication with them about their individual project to ensure that the final product is exactly what they dreamed it would be. We will walk you through the entire process of your project whether it's a kitchen renovation, addition, or new home construction.
